DCFILMDOM.COM VERSION 3.0!

Hi, everyone!

I hope this message finds you well and healthy. These last two months have given us little to be excited about, and for those of you who’ve lost friends and family (as I have), there’s a lot of heartache as well. Please be safe out there, but don’t forget to be kind.

Michael Parsons has since become one of the most in-demand realtors in the Annapolis area. He’s got a downtown office and everything, so for all your Maryland realty needs, click here! We continue to wish him and his family the best.

Over some months, we’d been experiencing slowdowns and horrible connectivity to the site. DC Filmdom’s web guru, Viki Nova from City Dock Digital, diagnosed the problem and has been putting forth a gargantuan effort to bring us into the ’20s. Today, her work is coming out like a shot, and I’m happy to say it’s faster and nicer-looking than before.

Star ratings still have to be put back on older reviews, which will happen over time. And yes, I think this might finally be the year I transfer all my reviews from 2010 (when I had NO idea what I was doing, and it can be argued that I *still* don’t have an idea) through 2013 over to the site! There might be some growing pains during this rollout, so please bear with us; if you’re experiencing issues, notify us via Facebook, Twitter, or email at eddie (at) dcfilmdom.com.

For now, sit back, relax, click and find stuff you want to read… and watch some movies! My next reviews are slated to be Inheritance and The High Note, so stay tuned!

HUGE thanks go to Viki for getting this done, Jenn Carlson for her hosting ingenuity, our families for putting up with us, and to all of you for reading. See you soon!
